How to Get Started with Our New Volunteer Hub

Visit Pointapp.org and create your account. (Alternatively you can download the mobile app at the App Store or Google Play.)
USE PERSONAL EMAIL (2 reasons: charities are often blocked from emailing your work or school email, and this way if you change jobs you can take POINT with you).
Join our organization, Project Outreach.
Browse our volunteer opportunities. Search specifically for Project Outreach to see only our events.

Browse the opportunities and when find one you like, sign up to volunteer. Just click “Go” and complete the information.

Once you sign up, you will receive an email confirmation. Look for that email and be sure it’s not in spam. (If it is, approve it as a “safe sender”.)
You will receive email reminders as the serve date nears.

While not mandatory, it’s a great idea to log your volunteer hours. Whether for your own self-fulfillment or for earned service hours, it’s great to see a recap of how you’re giving back to our community!
